1. Acceptance of terms
By purchasing, downloading, installing, accessing, or using OumsAI products, websites, accounts, support, or related services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use OumsAI for a business, agency, or client, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.
2. Accounts and responsibility
You are responsible for keeping account credentials, license keys, WordPress administrator access, and store credentials secure. You are also responsible for activity that occurs through your account or site unless caused by OumsAI systems.
3. Licenses and access
OumsAI products are licensed, not sold. Your plan determines the number of sites, users, updates, support access, connected services, AI usage, and other benefits included. You may not share, resell, sublicense, or use a license beyond the purchased allowance.
A valid active license may be required for updates, support, activation services, and connected OumsAI features. Expired, canceled, refunded, or disputed purchases may lose access to some or all license benefits.
4. Subscriptions, billing, and renewals
If your plan renews automatically, renewal terms should be shown during checkout or in your account area. You are responsible for managing payment methods, billing details, renewals, cancellations, and account email accuracy.
5. Permitted use
You may use OumsAI to operate legitimate WordPress and WooCommerce stores, client stores covered by the correct license, and related ecommerce workflows. You may not use OumsAI to violate laws, infringe rights, attack systems, scrape without permission, send abuse, distribute malware, or bypass product limits.
6. AI-assisted features
OumsAI may include AI-assisted drafting, analysis, recommendations, organization, and workflow support. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or unsuitable for your store context. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing, changing store data, contacting customers, or making business decisions.
Do not submit passwords, payment card numbers, private keys, unnecessary sensitive personal data, or information you are not allowed to process into AI features.
7. Customer content and store data
You retain responsibility for the content, data, products, orders, customers, campaigns, prompts, and decisions you use with OumsAI. You grant OumsAI the limited rights needed to process that information to provide, support, secure, and improve the product.
8. Updates and availability
OumsAI may update, modify, add, or remove features over time. We aim to maintain compatibility with supported WordPress and WooCommerce environments, but compatibility can be affected by themes, plugins, hosting, custom code, and third-party services.
9. Support
Support is provided according to your plan and the support information on the website. Support may require account verification, site context, logs, screenshots, and steps to reproduce an issue. We may decline support for unsupported environments, heavily modified code, or requests outside the purchased plan.
10. Refunds and cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are handled under the Refund Policy and any checkout terms shown at purchase. Canceling a renewal does not automatically refund past charges unless the refund policy allows it.
11. Intellectual property
OumsAI, including its software, designs, workflows, documentation, branding, website content, and related materials, is owned by OumsAI or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of OumsAI intellectual property to you.
12. Third-party services
OumsAI may depend on WordPress, WooCommerce, hosting providers, payment processors, email services, analytics tools, AI providers, and other third-party services. Those services may have separate terms, privacy policies, costs, limits, and availability.
13. Disclaimers and limits
OumsAI is provided on an as-available basis to the maximum extent allowed by applicable law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free AI outputs, specific revenue results, search rankings, or compatibility with every store configuration.
To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, OumsAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the product or services.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, misuse a license, create security risk, fail to pay, initiate an unresolved payment dispute, or use the product in a harmful or unlawful way.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as OumsAI changes. Continued use after updated terms are posted means you accept the revised terms.
