- What is the OumsAI fee on each sale?
- A small percentage of each sale, which goes down as your plan goes up: 3% on AI Catalogue, 1% on Start, 0.5% on Grow, 0.25% on Scale and 0% on Marketplace. There’s no OumsAI fee during the beta.
- Do I pay card fees to OumsAI?
- No. Card fees are Stripe’s own, paid by your store to Stripe. We never mark them up.
- What happens to the fee if I refund an order?
- Our fee is refunded with the sale, in proportion to the amount you refund.
- Is there a free trial?
- Yes. Start, Grow and Scale come with a 14-day free trial. AI Catalogue is free, and Marketplace starts with a guided demo.
- Is there a set-up fee?
- No. Every paid plan includes free guided onboarding: a welcome call, a setup guide, and help connecting your domain and Stripe. If you’d like a custom site built for you, contact us.
- What are AI credits?
- The AI store manager uses credits when it works for you. Each plan includes a monthly amount, from 50 on AI Catalogue to 50,000 on Marketplace. Extra credit packs are coming.
- Personal or Business: which should I choose?
- Personal plans suit makers and brands with one store and a small team. Business plans add more stores, a bigger team, white label and selling with many sellers.
- Are prices shown with VAT?
- No, prices exclude VAT.
