What is OumsAI?

An AI-first commerce platform. It gives you an online store or a marketplace, a design studio and an AI store manager. Our AI works in most languages, and OumsAI is available in several languages.

Is OumsAI easy to use?

Yes, that’s our first goal. You can manage your store in plain words with the AI store manager, a setup guide walks you through each step, and our team welcomes you with a call.

How is OumsAI different from Shopify?

Every app is included in your plan, an AI store manager does daily tasks with your approval, every store is ready for AI shopping assistants from the free plan up, and the same platform runs marketplaces with many sellers.

Which languages are available?

Our AI works in most languages: you can ask it in yours, and it can write and translate for your customers. Your store and its emails are available in several languages: English, French and Arabic today, with more coming. Order emails go out in the language of the order. The back office is in English.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes. Your store works on your own domain and on yourname.oumsai.com.

How do I get paid?

You’re paid through your own Stripe account, on your own checkout page. Stripe’s card fees go straight to Stripe. OumsAI takes a fee on each sale that depends on your plan: 3% on AI Catalogue, 1% on Start, 0.5% on Grow, 0.25% on Scale and 0% on Marketplace. There’s no OumsAI fee during the beta. If your business is registered in a country where Stripe doesn’t open accounts, such as Morocco, you can still join the beta and build your store. Payments go live once our partner payment service is approved.

Is the AI safe with my store?

The AI prepares and you decide. Anything about money, security or legal texts waits for a person’s approval, and every action is logged.

Where is my data?

Your store is hosted in the European Union, with encrypted backups. Payments go through Stripe. Our privacy policy explains which kinds of providers process data, and where.

How much does it cost?

Nothing during the invite-only beta. After that, you can start free on AI Catalogue and pay only a fee when you sell, or choose a plan from €19 a month. Beta clients get 30% off their first 12 months.
